　　提到“老嚴”，我們班無一人不懼他也。到他的課，我們都早已安安靜靜地坐在教室，真可謂是“滿坐寂然，無敢嘩者”。我們之所以這樣做，是為了能準確判斷“老嚴”到哪里了�！袄蠂馈钡剿臉菚r都會習慣性的咳嗽幾聲，這是他大駕將至的標志，不到五秒，你準會看到一個如風一樣的老頭準時出現在教室門口。

　　在“老嚴”上課時，他絕對要求教室安靜無聲，以便都能專心聽講，全部接受信息。他所說的“無聲”，就是針掉在地上你能聽到很響的聲音，這就是老嚴的第一點魅力。厲害吧！

　　還有更絕的，“老嚴”的課堂警示語是“3、2、1”，每當他念出這三個數字時，所有人連反抗的欲望都沒有，簡單來說，就是對他的所有命令都只能乖乖就范，不折不扣執行，這真的很神奇，很有魔力。

　　不單是他的課，所有課他都要求這樣做到規范認真，這不由得讓我想起語文老師那個“大壞人”。居然跟“老嚴”貫徹一樣的方針。讀書、背書緊盯我們不放。完成不好還用一組排比句罵我們。我想這是老嚴的'第二點魅力，他精誠團結所有科任老師一起來征服我們。

　　我們的“老嚴”有一句最經典的自創名言“硬功夫+carefully”，它的意思是實力加細心。可我們做作業時常忽略細節，所以讓他很生氣，生氣過后，他還是會語重心長的告訴我們“細節決定成敗”的道理。從開學到現在，這樣的理念不僅深入內心，可以說是深入了我們每一個人的骨髓。所以，我們在逐漸改掉以前那些壞習慣。他還戲謔著說道；“上帝給我們兩只耳朵，兩只眼睛，一張嘴，目的是讓我們每個人多聽，多看，少說。”老嚴這樣的理念，我認為也是有巨大魅力的。
