　　想一矢中的，首先必須認清自我，一定要弄清以下三個問題。 你現(xiàn)在是干什么的？你將來要干什么？你過去是干什么的？

　　這三個問題不是按時間順序從過去到現(xiàn)在再到將來，而是從現(xiàn)在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現(xiàn)在的你，他希望利用的是將來的你，而這將來又基于你的歷史和現(xiàn)狀。

　　所以，第一個問題，你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個問題，要點是：你是你自己，不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開來，在共同點的基礎上更強調(diào)不同點，否則你絕無可能在眾多的應征求職者中奪魁。 對于這第一個問題，自我反省越深，自我鑒定就越成功。

　　隨后，著手回答第二個問題：你將來要干什么？如果你申請的是一份舉足輕重的工作，雇主肯定很關注你對未來的自我設計。你的回答要具體，合理，并符合你現(xiàn)在的身份，要有一個更別致的風格。

　　清楚自己的強項后，便可以開始準備自我介紹的內(nèi)容：包括工作模式、優(yōu)點、技能，突出成就、專業(yè)知識、學術背景等。

　　好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司，應說些電腦軟件的話題；如是一間金融財務公司，便可跟他說錢的事，總之投其所好。

　　但有一點必須緊記：話題所到之處，必須突出自己對該公司可以作出的貢獻，如增加營業(yè)額、減低成本、發(fā)掘新市場等。

　　3、鋪排次序
