  responsibilities:

  ' assist company in international purchasing activities; execute purchasing plan and orders

  ' communicate with eu suppliers for purchase needs, correctly & promptly complete international purchase order

  ' monitor order status and liaison between the company & eu suppliers to ensure delivery reliability

  ' coordinate the communication between china team and eu suppliers (drawings, technical questions, commercial issues, etc.)

  ' support in whole process of import order to ensure to be most efficient and legally

  ' reduce cost and control inventory, coordinate and optimize internal & external process

  ' timely follow up on product quality feedback from sales with eu suppliers

  ' develop and maintain good relationships with eu suppliers, and ensure the price is adjusted in time according to market change

  ' provide accurate report like purchase plan, stock report, supplier otd, etc.

  ' report to general manager directly and perform other task as assigned

  requirements/ 任職資格:

  ' bachelor degree, preferably in engineering, international business, supply chain management or related major

  ' working experience in similar role of eu/us company

  ' project organization experience, direct experience in dealing with eu or us suppliers is a plus

  ' good oral communication skills in both chinese and english

  ' skillful in computer software: ms office, erp, etc.

  ' flexibility, capability to work independently

  ' analysis and problem solving skills

  ' high level of customer and service focus

  ' attention to detail and accuracy

  ' initiative, good team player

  職責描述:

  1、負責統購資材的談判、匯總及協調,協助各工廠統購資材溝通協調及反饋問題的整理、解決;

  2、與新產品開發相協調,進行供應商的初選、考察、評估和維護;

  3、協調與r&d、mkt、工廠、供應商等各部門之間溝通、傳達、協商工作,并提供有效地意見及協助;

  4、負責主要資材市場行情的'收集及分析匯總;

  5、熟悉進出口采購業務流程,處理進出口相關業務事宜。

  6、負責各工廠采購資料的收集、整理、歸檔等工作;

  7、完成上級交辦的其它工作。

  任職要求:

  1、英語6級,英文聽說流利;

  2、熟悉辦公軟件,有良好溝通能力及團隊合作精神。;

  3、有食品安全、標準相關知識;

  4、有物流管理、財務管理、倉儲管理、產品知識相關培訓或知識;
