　　Sandstorm is a kind of bad weather witch is becoming increasingly common in Northwestern China, and it usually happens in spring and fall. Though I'm only 13, I have experienced it and suffered from it quite a lot.

　　I'm sure most people still remember the sandstorm that happened last month. It swept across the large area of 11 provinces and caused a great loss to our nation.

　　As you can see on TV, when a sandstorm comes, the wind blows strongly with dust and sand. Sometimes trees are even broken down in half, and little birds cannot find their homes. Sometimes clouds of dust blur the vision, and little kids cannot find their ways. It's like the end of the world.

　　When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.

　　We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.

　　Though it's a hard job to fight against the sandstorm, it is the battle we must fight, and it is a battle we must win!

　　2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage. the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning forsuccess, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa.

　　if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successfulperson even in material terms, because there are no difficultiesinvolved in his achieving affluence.

　　1、尊敬師長，團結同學。

　　2、課堂紀律良好，上課積極表現和熱烈討論問題。

　　3、按時完成作業，遇到難懂的題時，主動問老師。

　　4、競爭意識強，都很上進。

　　我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學習，大家都意識到英語學習不管是對我們的日常生活還是升學來說，都有著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們中學階段的教學目的在于培養學生的學習興趣、良好的語言習慣、運用英語進展交際的能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學知識進展操練和運用。通過一段時間的教學，我發現這個班學生都特別負責，班風、學風也很好，最重要的是絕大多數的同學自尊心強，上進心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。

　　但同樣也發現了以下問題：

　　英語學習方面：

　　1、學習心態和態度不端正。少部分學生沒有意識到學習英語的.重要性，對于學習英語是抱著無態度。

　　2、學習習慣不夠好。我要求學生在上課前集體朗讀單詞或課文，這對鍛煉他們的英語口語和音準有很大的幫助，但是還是有好幾個學生態度不端正，敷衍了事。我還要求讀英語的時候用手指單詞和句子，有利于對單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習慣，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學邊發呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠不會進步”。這段時間這種情況幾乎沒有了。

　　3、少數同學根底不好。到現在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。

　　4、閱讀能力欠佳，有待提高。閱讀在今后的升學考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學生對于閱讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍答復以下問題，但是很少有同學能夠嚴格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、催促學生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10—15分鐘，這將對孩子的學習有很大幫助。

　　2、爭取消化當天所學的單詞，不要積壓任務。我會在每單元完畢的時候組織一次聽寫，并要求學生帶回家給家長過目。

　　3、請家長催促孩子在家里完成家庭作業，以免他們來學校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經常檢查他們的作業本，一定要認真寫才行。家長可以讓學生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學生默完后，催促他們對著書本更正。

　　4、每一個單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習題。如果你的孩子英語根底不是很好，可以催促他們先在家，做適當的預習。生物學習方面：

　　每個學生對這個世界的事物充滿了好奇心，上課時氣氛活潑，積極表現，課堂作業很認真，家庭作業也能按時完成，考試成績優異。

But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.

　　What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. 　　一、建立良好的師生關系

　　教學中，我感受最深的是，學生在成長過程中，需要知識，更需要關愛，作為老師，除了要有精湛的業務、敬業的精神、全面的'知識，更重要的是在傳道授業解惑時，做到愛生如子。 “親其師而信其道”，只有讓學生喜歡你，他們才會信任你，向著你引導的方向發展。

　　二、狠抓課堂教學，提高課堂效率

　　現在正處于應試教育向素質教育轉軌時期，既要求減輕負擔，又要求提高教育質量，這就要求必須在課堂上下功夫，提高課堂效率，我通常注重以下幾個方面：

　　1、認真備課。

　　大家都知道，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括三方面，備教材、備學生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學習資料及以往的相應試題，對于哪些是重點難點，哪些知識點擴展到什么程度，會以什么形式出題，做到心中有數。備學生，就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、知識儲備情況，這樣可以避免起點太高，學生聽不懂，或起點太低，學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每個學生特點各不相同，我采取適合學生的方法導入新課，用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動等等。

　　2、關注每個學生，提高課堂凝聚力。

　　講課時，我的視線遍布每個角落，始終用眼光愛撫每個學生，學生的每個動作和眼神都逃不過我的眼睛，并且與學生進行眼神的交流，久而久之，每個學生都會感到老師一直在關注我，從而使他們集中注意力，認真聽講。

　　3、精講多練，提高課堂效率。

　　初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續十五到二十分鐘。我以前是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾。”的教學模式。其實新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。現在我正在努力轉變思想，在今后的教學中做到精講多練。

　　4、教法靈活，降低學習難度。

　　英語學科知識點多而雜，致使部分學生因記不住而失去興趣。我覺得張麗衷老師就經常教學生一些順口溜來幫助記憶，使學生輕松的掌握知識，提高興趣。即使她編不出順口溜，我看她也盡量使用易于記憶的方法進行知識歸納，這些都是我要學習和正在學習的地方。

　　三、經常查漏補缺，及時抓弱補偏

　　在提高課堂效率的基礎上，還要指導、督促學生搞好課外復習，防止知識的遺忘，并經常進行檢查測試，多批多改，及時發現問題，解決問題。以前我并沒有意識到給學生批卷紙有多必要，這學期前兩單元我考了4次批了4次，我發現學生做題認真了，錯的地方重視了，有的知識我覺得學生應該會，實際上有的學生并沒有掌握，有利于我及時調整課堂內容。上半學期也批卷紙，那是怕完成不了張玉玲主任的任務很無奈的批，現在批卷紙批到某個題的時候也很生氣，但批完之后的收效真的很大。在這里要謝謝張玉玲主任。

　　以上是我的一點教學心得，我自省我在英語教學中還有許多不足。希望在今后工作中，各位領導、老師繼續給予幫助、指導。謝謝大家！

　　一、注重預習。

　　“預習”是一種良好的學習習慣，是課堂教學中的重要環節。它作為學習過程的起始階段，是培養學生自學能力的重要途徑，在提高學習效率方面有著重要的作用。它不僅能幫學生“學會”知識，更能幫助學生“會學”知識。做好預習工作，功在課外，利在課內。我們有以下幾個環節：

　　1、布置預習作業。

　　在寒暑假來臨之前，學校要求每位教師給學生特別布置假期預習作業。為了使預習有章可循，教師列出預習提綱，分發給每個學生。針對預習內容，教師必須提出明確的預習要求。而且預習要求必須合理，正確，有可操作性。我們給學生布置了預習前三單元的內容，具體到哪一天預習哪幾頁單詞，背會哪部分對話，掌握哪幾個句型，理解哪項語法內容。此外，每日摘抄一句英語諺語，兩天一篇閱讀理解，五天一篇英語練筆（小作文）。

　　2、指導預習方法。

　　針對不同的教學內容指導學生選用合適的預習方法，通過查閱資料、聽錄音帶、網絡學習、向哥哥姐姐求教等多種方法來學習。例如：會話練習可以采用查一查，補一補，說一說的方法；句型練習可以采用找一找，歸一歸，比一比的方法；閱讀練習可以采用劃一劃，查一查，寫一寫的方法。我們知道“授之一魚，只供一餐，授之以漁，可享一生。”只要堅持運用科學的方法培養學生的預習習慣，學生們一定會學會預習，運用預習，學會學習，為他們的終身學習奠下良好的基礎．

　　3、爭取得到家長的配合。

　　為了學生在假期期間更好地完成預習作業，使預習作業更有成效，我們學校在放假前特意召開了家長會，把學校的想法、做法與家長們溝通交流，期望家長能做好督促檢查工作。事實證明，我們得到了很多家長的配合。

　　4、檢查預習效果。

　　檢查學生預習是否到位，存在有哪些問題，以便今后教學做到有的放矢。開學的第二天，我們學校就組織了各科的預習考試。成績上報學校，并作出效果分析。由于我們英語學科的特點，初二學生在預習單詞和每單元的語法聚焦兩方面比較好，但知識點和句型的靈活運用還有待提高。

　　二、抓好教研組建設。

　　學校是一個大群體，而教研組是一個小群體，教師是這個群體中的成員，我們每位教師的成長與發展都離不開這個群體。我校在抓教研組建設方面工作做得扎實，有條不紊，為每位教師的發展搭建了平臺。積極開展教研組的說、上、評課活動，要求人人過關。緊緊圍繞教研組的活動專題，重視對學生學習習慣培養的研究，和對學生自主學習意識培養的研究。通過教研活動，使本教研組全體英語教師共同提高，人人受益。也讓我感受到了集體的力量是無窮的，實現了教師之間，同伴之間的團結協作。一個人有困難時，大家都來幫助，讓她從困境中走出，不斷發展自己，提高自己，身處在這樣一個教師群體中，我深感榮幸。

　　三、加強備課組的集體備課。

　　集體備課是發揮群體優勢，提高備課質量的重要途徑，也是落實教學常規，提高課堂教學效率的必要措施。我校很重視英語教研，特別安排了主抓教學的劉校長下組監督指導，使活動有計劃、有目標、有實效。我們英語備課組的三位教師積極組織集體備課，研究教學內容，研究學生，進度，研究教學方法，安排及教學資料做到一致。我們每周至少活動一次，時間固定，有活動記錄。每次活動都定有中心發言人，定活動的.主題，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切實解決教學中的一些問題，努力提高課堂教學質量，完善教學，規范我們的教學行為，向課堂40分鐘要質量。

　　四、培養學生自主探究學習的能力。

　　本學年我們學校一直倡導培養學生自主探究學習的能力。要求教學要以學生為主體，轉變角色，成為學生學習的引導者、幫助者。在課堂中要求教師要“少講多學”，即教師少講，學生多學。堅持放手原則：凡是學生能讀的就讓學生讀，凡是學生能說的就讓學生說，凡是學生能想的就讓學生想，凡是學生能討論的就讓學生討論，凡是學生能寫的就讓學生寫，凡是學生能做的就讓學生做。給學生自學時間、提問時間、讀書時間和練習時間。在教學中，我們鼓勵學生嘗試地交流、討論、質疑、解惑；把問的權利交給學生，把講的機會讓給學生，讓學生參與到知識形成的過程中，并從中感受到“參與之樂，思維之趣，成功之悅”。

　　我們知道“學源于思，思源于疑”，學生探索知識的思維過程總是從問題開始，又在解決問題中得到發展。教學過程中學生如果能在教師創設的情境下，自己動腦思考，動口表達，將受益匪淺。我們的做法是首先創設情境、明確目標，其次呈現問題、啟發誘導，然后讓學生先自主探究、設疑質疑，再合作探究、解惑釋疑，最后對學生的活動加以評價，使學生活動的過程更規范化，在活動中該做什么，而不該做什么，逐步滲透到學生的腦海里。每節課盡可能給予學生自主學習的時間和空間，讓他們自主學習，培養他們敢疑、敢想、敢問、敢說的良好學習習慣，提高他們的思維能力，真正使學生好學、樂學、會學，從而形成一種生動活潑輕松的學習局面。

　　盡管以往的教育教學工作取得了一些進步，得到了領導和家長們的認可，學生的學習方法，學習習慣和自主學習能力有了一定提高，一部分學生的學習興趣也得以鞏固和加強。但是，客觀地分析了學生的成績的各個方面，我深深地感覺到自身工作中還存在許多不足。例如：學生成績的兩極分化現象；相當一部分學生的英語學習興趣還有待于進一步的保鮮和鞏固；一些學生的基本學習習慣、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加強指導。另外，回首自身教學工作的各個方面，在常規教學的備課方面還存在不足，講課方面也還不夠靈活機動。以后的教學工作將帶著這些問題有針對性地開展。

　　My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Eico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Eico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

　　This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? )so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’， ‘don’t waste time on the computer games, ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan ? reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

　　Years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.
