五下 Unit 4 Part A Let’s learn & Let’s play說課

  Today, I’ll say sth about Part A of Unit 4, PEP primary English Book 6.

  一、 Teaching contents:

  It includes 2 parts: Let’s learn and Let’s play.

  二、Teaching Aims:

  1.To enable the Ss to listen, speak, read and write the new phrases: cooking dinner/drawing pictures/doing the dishes/reading a book/answering the phone.

  2.To use the sentence “what are you doing? I’m….nimbly in real situation.”

  三、Key points and difficulties:

  1.To grasp the new phrases of this lesson.

  2.How to pronounce and spell the verb phrases .

  四、Teaching Aids:

  Recorder/ tape/ word cards/ basketball/ dishes/ cAI etc.

  五、Teaching design:

  I’ll finish this lesson in 5 steps.

  Step 1 warm up

  我首先讓學生聽指令做動作:cook the meals/sweep the floor/do the dishes/read books等動詞詞組,進一步復習有關家務的動詞短語,接著sing a song “I can help”來創(chuàng)設輕松愉快的英語氛圍,激發(fā)興趣、以舊帶新、為新課的學習作鋪墊。

  Step2 Presentation

  著名語言學家克魯姆認為:“成功的外語課堂教學應創(chuàng)設更多的情景,讓學生有機會體驗運用所學語言”,所以,在新知呈現(xiàn)環(huán)節(jié),我首先出示 a basketball問學生:do you like playing basketball? Please look at me, what am I doing? You can ask me: what are you doing? 師板書,并采用排讀、小組讀、師大聲讀,生小聲讀的方式來操練句型。然后師再次拿起籃球邊拍球邊回答說:I’m playing basketball.并讓兩生到臺前試著拍球,師板書I’m….并教讀。通過讓學生做這一正在進行的動作,初步讓學生感知現(xiàn)在進行時的用法,即現(xiàn)在正在進行或發(fā)生的事情;并鼓勵學生在老師做動作時用what are you doing?來問老師,初步熟悉其陳述句的表達法:I’m…. 然后師和學生make some free talk. Just like: what can you do at home? can you sweep the floor? oh, you can do many things at home, what can robot do at home? 通過讓學生猜他們所喜歡的機器人在家里所做的事情,引出 do the dishes.并請一名同學上臺默寫該詞組,然后師一邊做洗盤子的動作一邊說:Look, I’m doing the dishes now. 師在do 的后面加上-ing并教讀。然后做一個傳盤子的游戲,全體師生一起打節(jié)奏問: what are you doing? what are you doing? 師說stop時,拿到盤子的同學站起來邊做洗盤子的動作邊說I’m doing the dishes.

  這一環(huán)節(jié)通過Free talk,猜what can robot do at home?引出doing the dishes,并通過游戲集體操練重點句型what are you doing? I’m…突出重點,突破難點。

  接下來,師指剛才做動作的同學介紹說:just now, you were doing the dishes, what is robot doing now? Let’s ask him together.師生一起向大屏幕喊:Robot, what are you doing? 師點擊課件,出現(xiàn)robot 正在做飯的場面,自然引出cooking dinner的教學,師板書,教讀。兩人邊做動作邊練習,并在匯報時師以卡通書作為獎勵,讓學生坐下來仔細的朗讀,從而引出reading a book. 然后,師在黑板上畫一幅圖,并示范:I’m drawing pictures, 板書教讀。接著讓學生到臺前來畫,親身體驗現(xiàn)在正在進行的這一動作。最后,課件出示電話鈴響的聲音,師介紹說:wait a minute, let me answer the phone.師拿起聽筒并做打電話的動作,引出answering the phone.師板書,并用偵察兵的游戲進行操練。

  在呈現(xiàn)新知的過程中,我充分利用實物、簡筆畫、表情、動作、多媒體等形象直觀具體、生動、活潑的教學手段,豐富的教學情景幫助學生理解和掌握新知識,而且堅持“詞不離句,句不離詞”的原則,將單詞放入句型中操練,達到技能提升,交際運用的目的。

  Step 3 Practice

  1. Listen to the tape, point and repeat.讓學生模仿語音語調(diào),糾正學生的錯誤發(fā)音。

  2. Look at the blackboard and read after me. (do—doing, doing the dishes)通過動詞原形與現(xiàn)在分詞的對比,使學生進一步理解現(xiàn)在分詞的構成。

  3. 課件出示Let’s chant, 師生一起拍手打節(jié)奏說說做做,鞏固復習Let’s learn 部分的短語和句子。

  4. magic eyes: 請一名學生從詞卡中任挑一張,另一名學生背對這位同學,猜一猜自己正在干什么?其他同學用what are you doing?來問,猜的同學邊做動作邊用I’m…來回答。

  本環(huán)節(jié)從機械操練過渡到有意義的趣味操練,讓學生循序漸進的掌握所學知識,同時也為后面的拓展打好語言基礎。

  Step 4 Production

  學習語言的目的是運用語言。所以,本環(huán)節(jié)我以鞏固為窗口,通過出示四幅情景圖:weekend’s activity/ housework/picnic/homework讓學生根據(jù)情景給動詞后面加-ing并試著讀出,貼詞卡,小組討論,記者采訪做現(xiàn)場報道來拓展所學知識,將語言知識轉(zhuǎn)化為語言技能,升華了教學過程。

  Step 5 Progress

  1. Listen to the tape and follow it.

  2. give your friend a call and talk about what are you doing at home?
